Meet Vikki

Helping people feel confident about getting active.

Vikki’s Fitness is built around making exercise feel accessible, enjoyable and achievable.

Vikki believes fitness shouldn’t be about keeping up with somebody else. It’s about finding the right way to move for you, building confidence and making progress at a pace that works for your body and your lifestyle.

That approach runs through every class, whether someone is exercising for the first time in years, wants to maintain their mobility, is rebuilding their fitness or simply wants a friendly place to exercise each week.

Let’s Move • Let’s Move •

The person behind the classes

The aim isn’t to create an intimidating fitness environment. It’s to create somewhere people want to come back to.

For Vikki, a successful class isn’t only about the workout. It’s about people feeling welcome when they walk through the door.

Everybody arrives with a different level of fitness, mobility, confidence and experience, and newcomers should quickly feel like part of the group.

Appropriate progression, supportive instruction, and finding out what you’re capable of, without unnecessary pressure or comparison.

Your fitness. Your pace. Your community.

  1. 01

    Your Fitness

No two people start in exactly the same place. Classes are designed around different fitness levels, with options that help people find a session appropriate for them.

  2. 02

    Your Pace

Exercise doesn’t have to mean keeping up with everyone else. Where appropriate, movements can be adapted so you can build confidence and progress at a manageable pace.

  3. 03

    Your Community

Fitness is easier to enjoy when you feel like you belong. Classes are friendly, social and welcoming: places where people exercise together and get to know the people around them.

Everybody starts somewhere

You don’t need to already be fit to get started.

Some people join to get fitter. Some want to stay strong and mobile. Others haven’t exercised for years and simply want somewhere comfortable to begin again.

More than a fitness class

Come for the exercise. Stay for the people.

Classes bring local people together to move, talk, laugh, progress and enjoy being active in a welcoming environment.

For many members, seeing familiar faces each week is just as important as the exercise itself.

Whether you arrive with a friend or come along on your own, the aim is for you to feel part of the group.
