Vikki’s Tips
Simple advice, no jargon.
Do I need to be fit to join a class?
Not at all. Everybody is welcome. Our classes are friendly and non-judgemental, and you can work at the level that’s right for you. Exercises can be adapted to suit different abilities.
Which class should I start with?
If you’re new to exercise, returning after a break or would prefer a gentler pace, a Gentle class is a good place to begin. You can use the levels on our Classes page, or get in touch and I’ll help you choose.
Is Circuit Training only for very fit people?
No. We offer both high-impact and low-impact Circuit Training, and exercises can be adapted to your individual fitness level. Find out more on our Circuit Training page.
Can exercises be adapted if I have a health condition?
For many years I’ve supported people referred by their GP and people managing conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and diabetes. Exercises can be adapted, but not every class is suitable for every condition. If you have a health concern, please speak to your healthcare professional before joining, and have a word with me before you start.
